FAQs / Help
Yes, anyone wishing to visit the park with someone who has an Animal Experience, but is not taking part in the experience themselves, will need to buy a standard admission ticket for entry to the park
An Animal Experience includes free entry for the experience recipient/s. The recipient does not need to buy an entry ticket or book a visit time slot as we know you are coming.
However, all the people coming with the experience recipient do need to buy an entrance ticket, or bring their membership card for entry to the park.
If you are a member with one of partner zoos you are entitled to a discount on entry to Jimmy’s Farm.
If your discount entitles you to a 30% discount, you can book your ticket through this page, which has the discount already applied: https://jimmysfarmtickets.co.uk/product/booking-partner-zoo/
For discounts that are not 30%:
The attraction you purchased the membership from has a voucher code for your Jimmys Farm discount, please contact them for this code and book VIA the normal ticket page (jimmysfarmtickets.co.uk/product/tickets/) using your code at the checkout.
Please collect your Annual Membership card from our onsite Customer Services. Please bring your confirmation email or proof of purchase.
You will find lots of information about the Park on our website, including how to get here, a map, facilities and accessibility.
We have also included important information about your visit here: https://jimmysfarm.com/about-your-visit/
If you have purchased an experience, check out the Animal Experience pages to find out more.
You will need to bring your valid ticket – your email with a bar code – with you on the day to gain entry.
You can print this off at home OR bring it on your phone, tablet or other suitable electronic device.
